Online Ordering

I am unable to make online purchases even after I have registered as a user.

If the error encountered is “Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet. Did you not get an activation e-mail and follow the validation link?”:

  • Kindly activate your account through the email sent to you.
  • If you cannot find the e-mail, please check your “spam” or “junk” mailbox. (It may be filtered there.)

After you have activated your account, you may proceed with your online purchase.
